The hotel is just some couple small blocks away within walking distance from the big JR Nagoya Station. You can go pretty much anywhere from here and at the time of my stay it also partnered with Legoland Nagoya so it is possible to buy the ticket through the hotel, although I didn't try that. There is a convenient store beside the hotel so you can get food there as well. The room has an adequate space, and the bed is comfy to sleep. It's clean, they clean the room and hand out towel changes everyday unless you request otherwise. The facilities are great as well. The staff understands english to a good degree and very helpful as well. I kinda felt bad having to bother one of them to ask for some changes to use the coin laundry in the middle of the night, but they were kind enough to help. The hotel also hold my package that i send from Tokyo safely until my arrival. I got a really good price when I stay here, I couldn't even believe I got a hotel this good in Japan for the price but it was low season so price might change and fluctuate depending on condition. Overall, a great place to stay with good room, helpful staff and great price! I hope to come to Nagoya again someday :)

The room was a good size. The bed was firm but comfortable. The breakfast spread had a lot of healthy options like salad, beans and cauliflower. It matched the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. Having a convenience store on the first floor was very handy. Free water was a bonus. The public bath was big enough for 4 people at a time comfortably. However, when I used it it was always empty. I could enjoy it with my daughter freely. I could watch BBC on the TV for free. The unimall entrance is right in front of the hotel which if you follow the signs can lead you to Nagoya station or the bus terminals very easily. It’s lined with shops which makes for a pleasant walk. If traveling with young children I recommend taking this route as it’s much safer walking underground. The shampoo smelled lovely.

Great location. Very convenient to train station, attractions, and dining options. We had an "economy double" so it was a small room but very comfortable and nicely appointed with some original artwork. The desk was at the window which had a great view of skyscrapers. Room was cleaned daily and we enjoyed the small, but nice, communal baths. Nagoya is also loads of fun. We enjoyed the Toyota and Noritake museums and also exploring the nightlife, bright lights, and street performances around the TV Tower and Oasis 21 in the evening which is walking distance from the hotel. .

The location was super benri, quick access to Nagoya station for JR, shinkansen, Meitetsu lines. If you are taking the Nagoya subway, its better to go through Kokusai Center station in the other direction. The room and bed size was perfectly adequate for 2 adults and 1 toddler, comfy and clean linens. There were child amenities refreshed every day for our daughter. The front desk was extremely helpful, especially when we wanted to forward our luggages to our next hotel. Extremely accomodating and made it so easy for us.

Very conveniently located, near local and JR stations. An underground mall just directly in front of the hotel, connecting to these stations. Lots of eateries and shopping nearby. If u have heavy luggage(s) please go via the street level, as there is only stairs (no elevator) from the underground mall. In-house spa (simple) but good for a relaxing bath! Breakfast is included, which you could exchange it for lunch or dinner (set).
