Location. Just a few steps fm underground connection via UniMall exit 10 Plus there’s a Family Mart just below the building. Near Nagoya JR Station

It’s not too far away from the main Nagoya train station. If you walk underground, look for Unimall and exit U8 and the hotel is just behind Lawson. You can also use the same underground to walk to Subway (red line) Kokusai Center (S03). The bonus is there is the famous Ichiran Ramen just across the street.

Close proximity to a train and subway station. The hotel was clean and very quiet. The small room is a norm in Japan; its bed was quite comfortable. The staff was very nice, and had no problem communicating in English. But Nagoya City itself seemed less accommodative to tourists when compared to Tokyo or Fukuoka. It'll be better for anyone to learn and speak basic Japanese before traveling to the city - which may be true for anyone seeking to visit any country.

The location is very close to Nagoya Station. Very comfortable to travel and shopping. You don't have to go anywhere else to shop because there are so many shops to shop around the Nagoya Station. Also, with so many restaurants around there. We booked a room for 3 people, which we think that we have enough space to stay. We had 4 large luggage and 3 small luggage but we could manage to stay 2 night in the room. Of course, we could not open all 7 luggages at the same time but, with, a little calculations, we could open 3 small ones and 2 large luggages at the same time. The room is new and clean and the bathroom is very spacious. The breakfast was good too and all the staffs were very welcomed even many of them are not fluent in English but they are willing to help you.

We booked for a single as well as a double room for 3 adults. The single room was very nice, comfortable & spacious & came with a shower stall. The double room was also a comfortable size & could accommodate at least 2 opened medium-sized luggages. However, the double room came with a bathtub. The hotel was in a great location, accessible through the underground mall called Unimall (Exit 10). Upon check-in, I realised that I had left my carry-on bag in the train from the airport. The front desk staff, Mori, made a call to the JR Nagoya station & was able to locate my bag. I would like to commend her for her excellent service.
